On 01/04/2014 SIR opened its new German subsidiary SIR GmbH at Gunzburg in Bavaria, to ensure effective coverage of the entire German market.
SIR thus confirms its growing focus on an area with high industrial density where it has already been operating for some years, supplying robotic systems to and installing them in the plants of the top automotive manufacturers, including robotic solutions for the aluminium foundry, machine tool tending and robotic assembly sectors.
This physical nearness to German customer companies is certain to improve service, help overcome hostile attitudes and enable SIR to be more competitive on this extremely demanding market.
